A global audit and consulting firm is currently looking for a Solution Architect (m/f/t) Microsoft Dynamics 365 for its office in Zurich.

Job Description:

As Solution Architect (m/f/t) – Microsoft Dynamics 365 are responsible for designing, developing and delivering functional solutions to clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MSD365) software. This role involves working closely with clients and other teams to understand business needs, identify requirements, and design and implement solutions that meet those needs. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the functional design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for clients.
  • Work with clients to identify their business requirements and translate them into functional design specifications.
  • Design, configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Sales and Marketing, and Human Resources.
  • Participate in project planning, scoping, and estimation, including identifying the scope of the project and the associated resources required.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 features and functionality, and how they can be leveraged to address business requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams and clients during the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including technical architects, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay current with new Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionality and emerging industry trends, and provide thought leadership on best practices.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Sales and Marketing, and Human Resources.
  • Experience in leading large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects and managing project teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
