One of the leaders in the insurance field is searching for an engaged person to support the Institutional Sales of its asset management entity at least for a year.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Analysing of RFP requirements in order to write, answer, organize and edit proposal content in English and German
  • Working closely with other department (legal, portfolio management, risk) around the world to determine clients' needs and to develop timely and appropriate solutions
  • Help answering and support of mandate inquiries
  • Researching product specific information to update RFP responses
  • Supporting the Client Relationship Management processes
  • Working with internal and external suppliers

Requirements:

  • University degree in Economics or similar
  • First experience in sales support, client service, middle office or investors marketing of an asset management company
  • Advanced knowledge of asset management products and strategies
  • Excellent German and English
  • Strategic thinking
  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
