One of Europe’s largest institutional asset managers is currently seeking a Manager (m/f/x) – Middle & Back Office Fund Operations.
Tasks:
- Controlling and monitoring daily tasks in the middle and back office including fund administration
- Supporting the team-head in managing the team
- Management of projects in support of the new Group strategy, mainly in the areas of change management, operations and digital transformation
- Capturing core business needs and coordinating stakeholders in the project team and middle and back office business unit
- Participation in the planning and implementation of projects including the professional representation at meetings
- Identification of problems and risks as well as assistance in their correction or optimization
- Controlling the review and completion process after project implementation
- Intensive cooperation with the other units abroad
Requirements:
- Completed economics / financial mathematics master's program
- At least 5 years professional experience in a bank / KVG in the field of accounting / settlement, alternatively comparable experience with an audit or consulting firm
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver a high standard in a dynamic work environment
- Strong commitment, coupled with good management and leadership skills
- Social competence as well as persuasiveness
- Fast comprehension, independent work and teamwork
- High analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills
- Reliability, conscientiousness, resilience and a high sense of responsibility
- Willingness to travel abroad
- Negotiable German and English skills
