Our client is a Global Asset Manager is looking for a Proposal Specialist FTC to support the winning of new business through completing RFPs, questionnaires, and DDQs. RFP, RFI, DDQ, Request for proposal, request for information, proposal writer, due diligence.
Responsibilities:
• Complete RFPs/DDQs for potential clients, including drafting and executing technical RFPs
• Assist in the building of an RFP database
• Work closely with portfolio managers, sales and other internal teams to accurate responses
• Ad hoc projects work eg. developing content for new products
Requirements:
• 3 – 5 years + of RFP/Proposal writing experience within asset management company
• Strong knowledge of all asset classes eg. fixed income, equities, multi-asset and especially alternatives
• Thorough understanding of institutional and/or third party investment management business
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Knowledge of RFP databases
• Advanced Word and Excel and Powerpoint skills
• Fast thinking, excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
