Audit jobs
Depending on our clients’ needs, we offer jobs in the audit departments to candidates with different levels of professional experience – from graduates and juniors to seniors and people that have spent half their lifetime in devotion to the audit profession. As different institutions have specific requirements, they need auditors, specialized accordingly. We offer our candidates the following:
Basically, the responsibility of an external auditor is to make sure that there is nothing bad or wrong going on with the financial situation within a company. They are able to make sure that everything is accounted for correctly. External Auditors inspect clients’ accounting records and express an opinion as to whether financial statements are presented fairly in accordance with the applicable accounting standards of the entity, such as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). They must assert whether financial statements are free of material misstatements due to errors or fraud. The resulting audited financial statements are then examined by a variety of external users including investors, creditors, and government bodies.
A corporate audit job involves detailed inspection of financial accounts and practices. Auditors look for financial irregularities which might be signs of tax evasion, embezzling, or other illegal activities. The auditors may also be required to consult the company on how to operate more efficiently and effectively.
